From Brian Spencer, your About This Week Editor
It doesn't have to be this weekend, but Dr. Spencer recommends that at some point in the near future you slow down, kick back, and treat yourself to... something, anything. I have four suggestions to get you thinking in the right direction: a massage, a delicious glass of wine, a vacation at home, and a good film.

Book an Amazing Massage
Most people want a Swedish massage or deep-tissue massage when they go to the spa, but sometimes it's good to break from the norm, so to speak, and try something new. Here are our Guide to Spas' top-10 massages to try when you're feeling more adventuresome.

Buy a Good Value Wine for Under $10
Of course, you can always splurge if you'd like, but these budget-friendly wines have good consumer accessibility at very welcoming price points. They're also easy to find, easy to drink, and very food-friendly (three pre-requisites that most wine lovers appreciate!).

Plan a Relaxing Vacation at Home
A vacation at home can be a wonderful alternative to a long and painstakingly-planned trip (which isn't to say you shouldn't try to plan at least one or two of those types of trips this year too). Our Guide to Stress Management has some helpful tips on how to get the most of your stay-in getaway.

Watch a Fantastic Documentary
Last year saw a number of fascinating documentaries debuted, including National Geographic's Great Migrations and Vik Muniz's Waste Land. Many of our Guide to Documentaries' diverse picks for the best of 2010 are available to stream online, too, or maybe even still in the theater.
