 | There seems to be an unspoken rule in real estate that says go have surgery that knocks you off your feet for a week. Make sure the doctors stuff an air tube down your throat so your voice is all raspy. Then a bunch of sellers will call you wanting to list their homes for sale. At least that's what happened to me.
