 | I am excited that we are finally closing a short sale this week for a poor seller who has been through the mill. He is in our Armed Forces and was transferred. After we got approval for the first escrow, the buyer canceled and the seller's lawyer dropped him. We picked up the pieces and found a new buyer. The new buyer had credit problems and was in underwriting with Wells Fargo for more than 30 days. The bank dinged the buyer a per diem at $62 a day. I ask you, where would we be without perseverance in this business? It's a miracle anything closes these days. | |
